By accessing or using CopyKay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CopyKay analyzes publicly accessible web pages you submit by URL and generates AI-powered insights and recommendations. Usage is measured in report credits and organized in workspaces.
We aim for high quality, but AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee specific results or improved conversions.
CopyKay is organized around workspaces. Each workspace has one Owner and may have additional Members invited by the Owner. Members can create reports in a workspace.
The Service is intended for analyzing your own websites and other content you control, or content you are explicitly authorized to analyze (for example, client sites with written authorization). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights.

We may request proof of ownership or authorization (for example, DNS or email verification, or written client consent) and may limit, suspend, or terminate access if verification is not provided.
The CopyKay service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CopyKay and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to fetch, process, analyze, store, transmit, and display that content and the resulting reports solely to provide the service, support you, and comply with legal obligations.

We may limit or throttle crawling, analysis, and workspace creation to protect service stability. We may require an active Pro subscription for certain workspace creation patterns. We may monitor usage patterns and throttle, rate limit, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, degrade service stability, or appear to operate as a competing service without consent.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, limit, or throttle crawling and analysis jobs to maintain service stability. If we discontinue a feature, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide an export path for your report data.
CopyKay is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI outputs may be inaccurate, and we do not guarantee improved conversions. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or marketing advice, and we do not warrant that outputs are free of third‑party rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold CopyKay and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
If you believe content processed via the service infringes your intellectual property, contact hello@copykay.com with details. We will review and act in accordance with applicable law.
You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account or other security incidents related to your use of the service.
The service is not designed for use in hazardous environments requiring fail‑safe performance (such as life support) where failure could lead to injury, death, or severe damage.
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyKay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet failures, or governmental actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with the new effective date and may notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
